Services
Observation & Documentation
Objective, factual documentation of each visit. Reports are available for attorneys, courts, or involved parties as appropriate.
Supervised Visitation
Structured, in-person supervision of parent-child visits in a safe and neutral setting. All visits are monitored in accordance with court orders or agreed-upon guidelines, with focus on child safety and appropriate interaction.
Monitored Exchanges
Supervised transfer of a child between parents to ensure safety and reduce conflict. Exchanges are conducted in a controlled and neutral environment.

Initial intake process to review court orders, assess risk factors, and determine appropriate supervision structure prior to scheduling visits.

Supervision Requirements
Visits are conducted under direct supervision in accordance with court orders or agreed-upon terms. The level of supervision is determined based on available information and safety considerations. All interactions are monitored to ensure appropriate behavior, and the supervisor may intervene, redirect, or terminate a visit if necessary to maintain safety and compliance with established guidelines.
Confidentiality
Information obtained during services is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, including mandated reporting obligations.
